We know starting something new can feel overwhelming, so here’s exactly what to expect when you join The Toolbox Method™—step by step.

When do I meet my coach?

Once you’ve submitted your intake form, you’ll be able to book your "Meet Your Coach" call with Regina. This happens within a few days of signing up, so you can hit the ground running.

Do I need to fill out an intake form?

Yes! Your intake form is essential for building your personalized plan. It helps us understand your goals, fitness level, and lifestyle—so we can tailor everything to YOU. You’ll receive it right after signing up.

When does my program start?

Your coaching program officially starts on a Monday to give you a structured fresh start. If another date works better for you, just discuss it with your coach on your intro call.

When do I get access to the Toolbox Fitness app?

You’ll receive access to the coaching app by the Friday before your start date. This is where you’ll find your training & nutrition plan, progress tracking, and direct access to your coach.

How do I stay in touch with my coach?

You can message your coach anytime through the app, whether you need support, have a question, or just need a motivational boost. Gina responds within a few hours on weekdays, so you’re never left waiting.

When do I get my personalized fitness & nutrition plan?

After your Meet Your Coach call, Regina will finalize your customized plan. It will be ready before your official start date, so you know exactly what to do from day one.
